I would recommend taking your printer to a printer technician. If you try too hard to pull cartridges out that a presume to be jammed you may cause serious damage to your printer carriage.

Hello, My HP PSC 1510 doesnt works because is written incopatible cartridge. I tried to clean contacts and so on but it still doesnt work. what to do?

Incompatible cartridge shows that it believes that the ink cartridge installed in not compatible with this printer. It means that the printer can't use the cartridge that is installed. You need to return the cartridge and get the one that is made for your exact printer.

Take Care!

I put in the wrong (or jammed in the wrong ink cartridgein an HP 5610) all in one printer. Now I can't get it out.

Is the carriage stuck somewhere else or is it inside the access door? If it's somewhere else, you have to move the carriage to the right (towards the access door) manually and remove the cartridges. I wonder how you could install the wrong cartridge(s), the carriage should never accept it unless it's the correct cartridge (I don't think it's the wrong cartridge number, instead the installed one of the cartridges to the wrong holder).

Now you have to remove the cartridge forcefully, otherwise there's no another option to take it/them out from the carriage (holder), but first bring them to the cartridge access door.

I can't make this specific since you didn't mention the situation, whether just can't remove it or there's something more. If it's only that you jsut can't pull it out, try again, but note the position of the cartridge and make sure you pull out to the correct direction, otherwise you may damage the holder (will not break easily, so you need to apply more force).

Let me know if you need further help.

Cartridges in the wrong way round and wont come out!

You can try and move the carriage (the part where the cartridges sit) manualy when the power is off but if it's to tight to move it then don't otherwise it can break.
Rather take it to an HP repair center.

My HP PSC 1510 will not take refill cartridges, - B/w and Color lights flashing

the cartridges are damage or not the right ones for your printer. first make sure you clean the cartridges before installing cos ink on the cartridge (panel) can stop the printer from detecting it.

Black cartridge "incompatible"

Nowadays, the cartridges have a microchip installed to assure you are not using "unauthorized" ink. Maybe the chip is defective. try replacing it with another cartridge and take that one back to the store for an exchange.

good luck

Hp psc 2410 all-in-one

If I had it, and i was sure that I was using known good correct 56,57 or,58 HP cartridges in the correct slot to suit and cartridge contact membrane on back of cartridge slot was clean and I still found that the HP refused to accept them, then first I would check for a common fault....

Remove both cartridges have a really close look at the bent metal spring wire that sits in both slots, it is hooked on the right hand side of each compartment by plastic tabs and s shaped bend in the wire. I've seen these break at the tabs and then when cart is inserted they put a break in the contact membrane in the back of each slot. - replace carriage assembly

Wow that was hard to explain...anyway what is left is the possibility of a broken ribbon head carriage cable (make sure it is plugged in fully if brave enough to rip apart or it may be creased torn etc, or it could be a board fault, too expensive too fix. So I would send it to heavon..

You could try ebay or something to try to find a old model that suits your new hp cartridges.....
