Question about Dell E151FPp 15" TFT LCD Flat Panel Monitor
Thanks for using FixYa. This issue is maybe due to loose connections from power board to the main board. Make sure that the capacitors on main board are not swollen. Also let me know what all boards and wires you have checked. Also, this can be a backlight issue and you can open the monitor and start checking the power board which is the board where power cord/plugs goes in as it seems you have checked everything else out. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
