You can't just move a hard disk with an installed OS in another pc and expect it to work - the fact it just started is a true miracle (this has happened only because the hardware on the pc's is very similar). The possibility that a program installed in a broken OS (like yours) will work in this conditions are nil.
Your only option is to put the Packard disk back , boot from it, recover al your data and the product key of Office from the other disk, wipe it clean(reformat it) and reinstall Office properly using the recovered key.

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions SATA

the leads from your (motherboard to your hard drive) make sure they have secure dust free connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty

graphics card is seated properly with no dust in the socket you might have to remove it to check for dust

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd have secure make sure the connections and are not faulty even the electrical extensions or just replace them they could be faulty
a computer needs all electric current and computer data to travel to and through every working device and have an end to work properly click start right click on my computer so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error

The number and timing of beeps will tell you what's wrong. You'll have to find the motherboard manual to find what the beeps mean though. Would be worth taking the RAM chips out, blowing any dust away and putting them back in.

Put just the ram back into the motherboard, the pc will not boot without processor, ram and graphics pluged into the board, check this, if it will still not boot and you still get 3 beeps its a memory(ram) problem, and you will need to replace the memory stick.

The packard bell motherboard i have is the ga6wmm7 alarm issues

I understand that your connections are snug, but that beep code means RAM issue. Humor me and swap the RAM in the slots. If that doesn't do it you may want to run Memtest or try other "known good" RAM.

Press F8 during system startup repeatedly and see if a menu comes. If it comes then you will find a option named Safe Mode. Select it and press enter twice.

Emachines 1900+ gets power to the monitor and computer but wont boot

Buy a dianostics card, and find out if its the RAM, CPU, OR Motherboard. (sounds like a ram or CPU problem though) if you have more than one stick of ram in the system, take one out, and power it up, if still not response, to the other stick out, and put the stick you took out the first time, and put it back in.
