1 yr. old 15102801 Loudness of noise changes during any cycle. It's hard to describe- perhaps grinding/hum sound. Sounds as though it may be coming from arms. Suggestions. I lost the owners manual. How can I acquire another-or a more detailed one for repair purposes?

if you have a torx 20, and torx 15 screw driver, you an remove the screws from the top plate of the wash motor, and underthere youll see another t15 screw converingthe "chopper" assy, sounds as if a seed, of chicken bone, perhaps apiece of glass hasgottne down there
This washer is JUNK!!!!!! We have the same washer (2 1/2 years old) and same problem. Tried to replace the bearing myself, no luck. So I called a repair man to come out and look at it. As soon as i told him the model number, they would'nt even come out. Very common problem for this washer. We are on our way to Sears to purchase a Kenmore.....GOOD LUCK
Unfortunately Bose will not release their schematics or parts lists, effectively giving them a monopoly on repair of these sets. Before you spend
the big bucks on repair or a Bose "upgrade", you might want to check out the new HD radios.
Better sound and MUCH lower prices than the Bose.
