Can you change the shutter speed on the panasonic dmc zr1 to do proper night shots

Click on which camera is yours, then select the "Operating Instructions" tab.
FYI - The ZX1 and ZR1 are essentially the same camera.

Sounds like camera shake. Increase ISO and shutter speed

Yeah,why did you half press the shutter?When you take a photo,you should press the shutter with force quickly.I think you didn't set your Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ5 Camera at a proper mode for the scene,shot with a correct the next time.Wish helpful to you.

You may change your shutter speed in Manual mode only. So you should turn your mode dial button to M position. Then you may control both shutter speed and aparture value.

Set the exposure compensation to a higher setting.

A repair job I imagine Check Panasonic re a repair there if you are out of warranty
