2006 Troy Bilt Super Bronco riding mower. How can I grease the rear end?

Hi, Your Troy-Bilt has a sealed for life transaxle and requires no service. However, there have been some issues with the CVT clutch assembly bushings. Since there are no lubrication points, if the unit will not reach top speed or changes speeds abruptly, the first thing to inspect is the drive belt wear and tensioners. If the belt is in good condition then the bushings, and/or the clutch assembly will need to be replaced. I hope this helps and feel free to reply back if you need further assistance. Here is a link to the transaxle and clutch assembly;

Need diagram to replace tension spring for drive belt

Go to the manufacturersame website, enter in the the model number and look under diagrams for the pic of your tractor. My troy Bilt has 2 belts, one for the cutting deck and the other is the drive belt. I would replace both as the cutting deck needs to be removed and it's fairly simple and will save you time. It sounds let the drive belt is the reason for the tractor not moving. Hope this helps.

My tractor is a 2007 troy Bilt super bronco with a new fresh installed motor.

Need diagram of deck for 2006 super bronco model 6605

I DON'T HAVE IT ON HAND, BUT YOU CAN TYPE IN ON GOOGLE SEARCH "YOUR MODEL # DECK BELT DIAGRAM" TO FIND IT, BUT TO DO IT YOURSELF, JUST REMEMBER THAT BLADES MUST TURN COUNTERCLOCKWISE AND THAT GROOVED PULLEYS MUST FACE THE INSIDE OF BELT AND FLAT PULLEYS THE OUTSIDE OF FACE OF BELT, ALSO REMEMBER THAT SOME MODELS HAVE JUST ONE BELT (DRIVE AND DECK BELT) OR TWO BELTS (DRIVE BELT AND DECK BELT)

I just replaced the drive belt on my Troy built auto transmission Bronco 42" riding mower, and now it goes a lot slower. The belt seems to be routed correctly

The bronco is a variable speed mower from what I remember. There is a belt that goes from the crankshaft to a variable speed pulley and another belt from the variable to the transmission. If your 1st belt is too long it will never get up to speed. Do you have to push the pedal down further now than before to get it to move. ? If so your main belt is too long.
