To cancel your subscription, go to terms when you log into your fixya account, scroll down to subscription program and click on the second click here, from the second click here, you can continue with the procedure therin to cancel your subscription.

Hi, Dorothy, you have two options in this case. You could try to contact ErrorExpert to request a refund here: http://www.errorexpert.com/contactus.html

Or, you could contact Discover directly to have them cancel the charge. After looking at ErrorExpert's site, I would suggest that you work with discover about getting your money back.

I just opened my charge bill to discover that you charged me $6.00. I have no idea who you are and did not order this. I need a refund.


You can just forward a mail requesting the same to premium.support@fixya.com.They will cancel it or they will check and do the needful for you and you will receive an acknowledgment mail also immediately.

your debit or credit card company can cancel the charge and refund any over draft fees if you report it within 60 days. the number to call is on your card.
