Bad install, do it again and this time don't load any other programs besides the security ones. Let it do all updates and test the behaviour again.

Windows 8 will immediately boot to its typical lock screen. Sign into Windows 8 as you normally would - everything will look the same, except Windows will no longer demand driver signatures until you next reboot.
You can now install unsigned drivers as you would on previous versions of Windows. Windows will alert you if you try to install a driver that isn't properly signed, but you'll see an "install this driver software anyway" option you can choose.

Reboot When you're done installing the unsigned drivers, reboot your computer. Windows will keep using any unsigned drivers you've already loaded, even as it enforces signature requirements for new drivers.

How to run autocad 2004 in window 7 home premium 64 bit?

The problem is incompatibility with 64-bit AutoCAD 2004.

Find yourself a program called "VirtualBox" is free, and download it today as much as you find it ... once downloaded install it, and I installed it, run it.
The program comes in Spanish, is multilingual. so do not cause problems setting it up.

This program will tell you, what it does is set up a virtual machine on your computer. Which makes it possible to install by saying something, as an example, "Windows XP, or even Windows 98" on your current system which is the Seven.

Once set up VirtualBox, install XP, opr example, or even Linux, or you cualkier anotoje system and other system installed in your Seven, install Autocad 2004. and all you like ...

As a note, perhaps I can recommend, have a large hard drive to do this, or two disks installed, at least need a 10Gb recommended to do this.

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using Fixya, and have a nice day.

I keep getting shut down , and my computer has to restart over and over

Try using the recovery CD that comes with your computer if it has one.
If it keeps rebooting as windows boots or after it could possibly be an issue with your Windows install hard drive, memory or CPU.

Hello,

This is not a hardware problem, it's a BIOS problem and install problem. Here is my suggestion:

1. Go into the BIOS and set your boot as a) CD-ROM/DVD-ROM
b) Hard Drive
[and it does not matter what is next just as long as the first two are as above.]

2. Reinstall windows os, when ask you want to format drive and install. (This will erase EVERYTHING and reformat the drive space.)

3. When the install is finish, REMOVE the Windows disc and reboot the system.

This should solve your problem. Sometimes if a file was not installed correctly and you leave the install disk in, windows will try to reinstall the files and go from bad to worst.

Good Luck

Insert the Windows Vista or Seven installation DVD, then reboot your laptop. Boot the DVD and then, on the Setup screen, choose "Repair my computer". This will automatically fix your problem.

After rcovery keeps trying to reboot

Is it a recovery (from a recovery partition) you did or you installed from DVD or CD?

If from latter--cd or dvd...then reinstall or have the cd burned at a lower speed.

It could be a memory related problem. Try to test your memory module by installing it to a different system that is surely working. If that system restarts, then you must replace the memory module.
