Question about GE WPRE6150HWT

Will not change cycles automatically

The cycles will not switch automatically, we have to manually go in and switch the nob to rinse, drain, etc.

The timer has failed. This is easy to replace there is a video at http://appliancehelponline.com/topwashertimervideo.html this should walk you thru the replacement. If you need diagrams or illustrations of your specific model enter your model # there.

Zanussi tempoline not working, son twisted nob mid cycle it then stopped and wouldn't drain. Now not doing anything! Any ideas? I assume its a error code flashing up

The first step of a dishwasher is a drain / rinse drain. I would turn the dishwasher off at the socket, turn the nob to the off position only turn this in a clock wise direction IE: the direction the nob would naturally move. Turn on back at the wall and start as you would normally. The dishwasher will empty the water out in its first step then should cycle through as normal.

Model FDB750RCC1 goes through pre rinse cycles with no issues. Once the soap drops it puts water in an does not spray. Then drains. Fills again, just heats w no spray, drains. Etc someone said it may

There should be an automatic float valve that allows a certain amount of water to fill the machine automatically. There may also be a dial adjustment that allows you to say whether it is a full load or variations less than full. Check to see if both of your water feeds (hot and cold) are suppling enough water. If it is a top loader you can peek inside the machine at various times to see what is going on (there is a safety switch that will turn off the drum activities when you do and resume when you close it). If it continues to drain and fill on the wash cycle without actually having the agitator do any washing, you have a control switch problem! THat main control switch is not advancing as it should. Change it out!

Kenmore 300 model 110.28322700 won't run. motor makes humming sound

Pre Thanks for help.

I have read all above and these are my symptoms.
1. Washer fills, may or may not agitate, will not advance to the rinse cycle, and will NOT drain - lid switch.

however i tested my lid switch with a multimeter and the lid switch seems to be fine.

What else could be my issue?

Wife did a load of laundry. he washer filled and started to work but it would not drain spin or rinse. it will keep running the agitator if I turn the nob its self.

check for a bad door safety switch, you can locate the switch and the connection plug and unplug the switch, and add a jumper wire between the 2 connectors that lead away from the switch , spin, rinse, and drain, need this switch to work or the machine doesn't do those motions,
