Question about Televison & Video
Hi, i have a ''pace'' sky digibox box that keeps turning itself off for no reason then turn it back on it has to search for all channels,
any idea whats wrong you guys,
its switched off at the mains every night as i dont like wasting power and dont want a fire in the middle of the night.
Well every time you switch off the power the digibox returns to the factory default settings. The power must be maintained to keep those settings. There may be another brand that has battery back up to maintain the selected channels. Check with your owners manual to see if yours does have that feature. It continues to draw a very tiny current as long as it is plugged into power. There is no solution except a battery back up or leave it plugged in all the time.
