Yesterday evening my phone (blackberry curve) was sitting on my bed and i picked it up and try to use it but theres just a white screen up that says ''app error 523'' with ''reset'' right under it. I have reset it so many times and all it does is restart my phone and pop up again. HELLPPP!?

How to reset BlackBerry Curve 8520 to factory settings:
Press the BlackBerry key, Go To Options > Security Options >
General Settings > Menu > Wipe Handheld > Scroll to Continue,
press the Trackpad. it will reset your BlackBerry 8520 quickly.
On the BlackBerry smartphone, the following error message appears after pressing the mute button, accessing an application, or performing a hard reset: 523 app. error. Reset.
To resolve this issue, the BlackBerry Device software will have to be reloaded.
Note: The BlackBerry smartphone will not show a Connected state in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Please proceed to open and run the Application Loader.
