I have a shop with 4 openers, and all of a sudden all of them will not open with their remotes, but will open from the wall units.

Sears has a pushbutton on the side of the motor unit. Open the side door to get to the square button. Google search the opener. Note: ONLY specific color buttons on the remotes will work with specific openers.

disconnect motor, check the door is operating smooth and correct. check springs. check downward pressure setting

The motor/control unit may have gotten reset. It needs to relearn the codes transmitted by the remotes.

MIne has a "learn" button on the control unit. Press and hold, then press the button on the remote. Lights will flash indicating it has received and stored the code. Release button.

Check to see if the remote works now. If so, all three should be working. If not, dig up your manuals.

Logic board.

Check Battery .... Possibility Corosion inside the unit Chek if you cant open the unit then check for anormal mosture or water inside the unit

Press and hold for 3 seconds the button on the wall control with the lock icon. There you go.

I would remove the logic board and check for loose or missing traces on the printed circuit board. Electrical storms love that logic board.

Check your manual or go on line and find out where it is.

We had the same problem.  open the unit and checkt the connections.  we had a few loose wires and every time there was a vibration whether a low flying plane or a truck nearby the door went up.  My husband found a few of the wires had loosened up.

Check your wall button is the lock turn on?
