My m4204-a rca opal mp3 player won't come on. one day i added some songs to my mp3 player and it was working perfectly. later when i turned it on it shut down immediately. the battery was full and i tried resetting it but that hasn't helped at all. please help.

Turn on the mp4 play goto settings. Scroll down to power saver and turn it off.

You can try one of two things.

1st try to reset the device by holding the power button for more than 10 sec.

2nd You can try to reinstall the firmware by following these steps:

To update the firmware on your M4200 or MC4200 series, you will need to:

1. Connect your device prior to installation.

2. Click on the download link.

3. Select "Save" and select the appropriate folder to save the installer.

4. Run the downloaded installer and follow the instructions to complete installation.
