Tina,
goto to Device manager and see if there is any yellow marked or red marked icon.

  1. If there is red-marked then that device made disabled and so you can't access it. To make it enable just right click on it and select Enable from pop-up appeared.
  2. If there is a yellow-marked icon, that means you have some missing driver, so making re-install that driver will fix the problem.
Fin out in control panel if there is any settings for your device i.e. for cam if yes then check it out.

You can also check in Task Manager that if there is any program which might use cam, if yes then you can close that program.

If still problem just Ask me
Thanks
Iqbal

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!
