Question about Samsung LN-T3253H 32 in. LCD Television
Sorry almost certain to be the lcd panel had a few samsung display panels in various makes display these symptoms, originally I thought faulty tcon pcd but upon replacing the fault remained must be one of the chips on the screen ribbon or the screen control pcb neither of which are replaceable so its a new display panel to fix it !

It might not be from your tv but from your tv router which can't receive a good signal. I recommend you try unplugging your tv router and see if the other free channels are clearer than with the tv router plugged in.If they are clearer, then their is a problem with your router.You should call your tv company and tell them about it.Hope this helped your problem!

go down to the store and find a cleaner disk for psp they are few and far between. put the cleaner disk in and restart the psp, as in factory settings, you have a small memory dubp problem, thats causing a little visual and sometines audeo delay or lag in the screen.
