Question about AT&T 8925 Tilt Smartphone
My ATT Tilt suddenly stopped synchronizing with my PC after working fine. I followed all suggestion on Web and ran troubleshooter. It said the devic had malfunctioned and usb driver are missing. I reinstalled ActiveSynch but it did kno good. I tried to synch by bloothtooth and was a ble to pair with my PC but could not start ActiveSych from my device. My tilt screen on activesych page says "action required".
I'm reluctant to do a hard reset because it it doesn't fix the problem I will lose all my data
Can you help?
I have not been able to fix the problem. I worked with an HTC technician who concluded after a hard reset that the device is damaged and needs to be sent in for repair or buy a new phone.
