Hi,
I am going to make a couple of assumptions here, please let me know if any of these are inaccurate. You can hear the motor running in both the freezer and down below in back of the refrigerator.
You lost the cooling all at once vs. slowly getting worse over several days or more.
If this is the case, it could be the compressor not running (the fan motors can run without the compressor). If this is the case listen close to the frig on the outside, you will hear a buzz followed by a click every few minutes or so. If you hear this it is most likely the start relay for the compressor that has failed. If you do not hear this it could be more serious like a leak in the refrigerant (freon) system.
Thanks for your answer,Both the motors are coming on there is a light buzzing noise when the compressor tryes to engage this just happened over night .this happened couple weeks ago same issue but it started working after unplugging it for a couple hours.
Thank you for the explanation. If you are hearing a buzzing that is an indication that the compressor is trying but cannot start.
The problem is most likely the start relay. The relay is mounted directly on the compressor under a black plastic cover. If you unplug the power cord, removed the plastic cover the relay will pull off. If you shake the relay and it rattle it is bad.
The relay assembly part number is 67005560.

It did not have the time to reset itself. Unplug it and leave it unplugged for 15 minutes and plug it back in to check hours later
