Delonghi BC0255 steam output

The great problem with espresso makers is 'refresh rate' - that is, how soon after making one coffee, it is ready to make another. With the Delonghi BC0255, you can't make two cappuccinos in a day - it has enough oomph to produce steam for one in the morning, but it can't work up enough power to do it again, all day. Doesn't matter if you leave it on or off, it just won't do it. And does Delonghi have a contact for problems? Of course not !!!!
