Question about Panasonic PV-V4523S VHS VCR
One of my daughters video tapes got stuck inside our VCR after she watched it and we can't remove it. Pushing on the eject button or turning the power on and off does not help. The video was put inside the correct way. What can I do? Thanks
You will have to take the cover off. ( un-plug the AC cord)
Look for the loading motor at the back right side.
Rotate the motor and you will see the tray moving thru its cycle to un-load the tape, it does take quite a few turns, its slow.
Let me know if you run into a problem?
