    Cannot open emails due to downloading screensavers from Cloud 8. Before all fine. I dont have web mail only Windows Live, Office 7 and Acer laptop. Before bought this had Outlook Experess.Rang Optus who saidd Friend Zero 10 had named theselves as another Sp so they deleted it said phone Microsoft who gave me Windows Live Support. Why do I have to pay when Outlook Express was free for any problems?

    Am on Desktop open icon Windows Live Mail it opens up. God to my message click on it and it says MESSAGE CANNOT BE FOUND. HaHave Office 7, Norton AntiVirus. Acer aspire 5740G laptop just bought month ago so have Windows 7 prog. Had downloaded previously and filed screensavers a suggestion of Cloud 8.Think its the problem. Rang Optus who found that Friend Zero 1 0 had made themselves anothr SP provider so they deleted it for me. Told me to ring Microsoft who gave me Windows Live Mail site then got you! Please help.

    It has all come right but by nothing Fix Ya has advised. I am not computer-wise and was not able to follow your advice. It was above my head. Just switched it all on next morning (today) and all is okay. I thank you for all you have done for me. Also I thank you for the SEVEN DAY FREE TRIAL and therefore wish to cancel my subscription. I did not realise all monies would be US and as I live in Australia and am a seniour pensioner it would cost too much. Will just go to my local technichian next time anything goes wrong. Will cost but save in the long run. Once I get into this IT world will remember you. I can see you have a great site. Many thanks and God bless you all.

I can't make myself clear here, your question seems to fall on another area/category. Well, can you please tell me what is the exact problem? You mean you can't open your email after you signed in or you can't even open the browser to sign in? Can you open google or like other sites? Firstly run a Virus scan using an updated Antivirus, and then restore you system to the previous State. I can still assist you if you can provide me the above mentioned questions.     Ok, Yahoo messenger is also not much different from the live messenger, if you have problem with yahoo, you can let me know so that i can assist you. The problem with your mail should be virus, i don't recommend you to call this and that, they'll not be able to assist you since their are only responsible for security not your mail. I hope you understand what i mean. If you know how to restore your system, then it's the best way to try. What if you reinstall the application? Most solutions regarding application/programs are with the installation package, uninstall and reinstall usually fix them. If you can't do all these, please let me know, I am here to assist you. if your using webmail then ther will be some prob with your mail server

try to do the setting in your micosoft outlook mail service you may able to downlord mail

how to do the setup outlook

1 tools
2 email accounts
3 add a new email acount
4 next
5 pop3 select that icon then next
6 put all your mail information
test acconts after the giving all informetion

donwload "spybot search and destroy" run and clean anything found download "adaware SE", install scan and clean. run and clean anything found run "hijack this" look at startup items and remove un-needed items. Also remove any browser helper objects "BHO''s" found Then your computer will/should behave. cheers. as for email , i'll bet your antivirus program is blocking it. look at your email account settings. Verify the outbound email server settings (SMTP Server) is correct for your emial provider. Emial >> Tools >> options >> Accounts >>> mail servers hope that helps.

Your Attachment File May be
  • Large in SIZE
  • Different in Format(Not Supporting File for Phone)
Do Following
  • Try to Reload The Page
  • And Try To Open Attach
  • Open it in Correct Software(PDF file in Acrobat reader and So)
OR >Suspected a Security permissions issue. Use "Move to" on Hotmail menu to move email to "Sent mail" folder. From there, the attachments will open fine. Because Sent mail folder is a trusted source.

I can not open my email with the current user name and password, but I can open my emial from the other computer, why???


there are lots of factors to consider:
1. if you're using a firewall on your computer, you may want to allow yahoo to connect

2. another factor is your anti virus.

3. another is the os version you have on both computer.

4. programs running on the computers.

Cannot open mail box - 2 in box & clic on mail & won.,t open


I have a Windows Vista operating system. This has helped me. You hopefully can see your browser's tool bar above Yahoo. Pls click on Tools, then Internet Options. On my menu, I go to Security and reset all of the zones (Internet, Intranet, Trusted Sites and Blocked) to Default. I click ok, then must reboot. I do have to fine tune some of my favorite sites, but at least I was able to enter my existing websites. I hope this helps you. If not, there is one more complicated process to try.

It takes a while to access my yahoo mail account,


open interent explorer then go to internet option in tools then go to trusted zone and add www.yahoo.com in trusted zone then set low security for trusted zone then apply and ok then restart the internet explorer.
