John - create them in Windows Media Player- www.microsoft.com for exact, step-by-step details; then sync like you would a music file - transfer the enitre plalist folder, not just the individual tracks within the playlist folder
jake - use a casette adapter; there are no proprietary adapters - not even from Philips
