Valves not fully open. Air in the system. Bleed all air out. Inlet and outlet hoses reversed. Flow sensor dirty. Make sure the flow sensor cord is plugged in. The filter is clogged or a hose is bent. Clean or Replace the filter and make sure the hoses are not bent. Need an owner's manual you can get one here free. http://pr-rp.pmra-arla.gc.ca/PR_SOL/pr_web.ve1?p_ukid=5143

I had this problem, checked all of the above problems, and all we needed to do was replace the filter. We had been spraying the filter off because it was only a few days old.

Starts and runs for a few minutes but then why does it act like it's running out of gas and dies?

Check the fuel pressure and flow , low pressure check pump or fuel regulator , low flow replace fuel filter .

this might sound crazy but the 'no flow' light doesnt always mean there is no flow. if the system has a problem (low salt, low flow etc) it will stop chlorine production. to indicate that there is no production, the no flow light illuminates. check the salt level (min4000 ppm) if that checks ok, then be sure that the water is warmer than 65 degrees. make sure that the cell is clean and that the connections are clean/secure

I have pyromaster gas logs that has low gas flow

Sounds like a ventilation problem... they're not getting enough air. That's a real safety problem. Make sure they have enough fresh air, and that the room itself does also. This issue is a major safety problem, and if more ventilation does not fix the issue, stop using it! Gas burners are not supposed to stay on without a flame present!

Check eng light on low egr flow replace the egr valve and senore check eng light now says evap and low egr flow?

A very common issue that can cause this code is the EGR valve but most commonly the DPFE Sensor differential pressure feedback egr. For the evap code would make sure no lines may have been disconnected while replacing the egr valve. It is possible the the evap code may be a separate issue.

Low water flow

Low water flow is generally and indication that the filter is dirty / clogged. Remove the filter cartridge and see if the light goes out. Replace the filter if required.

Check engine light low air flow

I assume you mean EGR low flow P0401. This is ging to be a faulty EGR dpfe sensor or the ports i nthe intake are clogged behind the EGR valve.
