Valves not fully open. Air in the system. Bleed all air out. Inlet and outlet hoses reversed. Flow sensor dirty. Make sure the flow sensor cord is plugged in. The filter is clogged or a hose is bent. I had this problem, checked all of the above problems, and all we needed to do was replace the filter. We had been spraying the filter off because it was only a few days old.
