Question about Isomac Tea Espresso Machine
This was intermittent before. I would turn the switch on and find the red boiler light would go out while the machine was heating up. The built up pressure would start to drop. I would flick the power switch on and off and found the red light would eventually go on. The boiler heated normally after that. The red and the green boiler lights worked properly. Now the switching on and off doesn't work. The main power light turns on and the machine will warm up slightly but the red boiler light and the boiler are not working. I checked inside for loose wires but found nothing. The machine has been used every morning for the last 10 years and has worked fine. I would appreciate any thoughts....Thanks
Open the steam valve when you turn the machine on that will vent out the boiler, keep it open until it starts to hiss slightly and produce small steam bubbles, then close and machine should heat to temp. If that solves your problem then the vent valve needs to be replaced, until then you can turn using the steam valve open trick.
