Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Possibly a corrupt hard drive or sometimes when you change the time on them or the date they don't like it. have you changed the time or date lately? i would format the hard drive and start a fresh providing you don't have any important info on there.

When i open the laptop which is lg with model number lgc50,a message appear, and it says press f11 to begin lg recovery, and suddenly another message appear that says.....disk read error

Please check if you have any disk in your CD/DVD drive, if not then the issue is likely with the hard disk drive (which has all your data). We have to check if the hard drive has gone bad completely. Please take your computer / hard drive to a local technician and ask them to backup your data if possible. Then you have to replace your hard drive.

One station just reads 101, does not read the time or date as I'd like it to. How do I program that to read the time and date?

Without doing anything else, press the * button one or 2 times until what you want shows up on the display. Depending on the system, it toggles between extension, time and day, and date.

Inspiron 8500 laptop (80GB) intermittant boot failure

Hi

Thank you for your query

If there is a clicking noise inside then the hard drive is on the way out, the arm that reads the data is knocking against the plates, thus the noise

I would recommned that you back your data as soon as possible as the drive will eventually fail

Please can i ask that you leave feedback and vote if this has been useful

Panasonic KX-T773 reads "102:" instead of date/time

Your extension reads 102 because that is the extension #.
Press either the tranfer key or the " * " star key and your display will change to time and date or just the date.

Ace aspire 3610

If it keeps going into setup, check that the date and time is correct, if not correct it and go to standard cmos settings menu and see if your hard disk drive is recognised, if so exit and save settings and reboot. If sends into set up again, check date and time again and if incorrect again, then the cmos battery is flat and needs replacing, if time and date is ok, then look in standard cmos settings again and look for a line reading 'Halt on all Errors', dissable this and next time it boots it should boot to the part where it gives a clue as to the fault.
