So I got a Motorola Q, its a phone isn...

Got a motorola Q, so how do I save received and dialed numbers with it? I actually don't use it for all the goodies it has, but because I had to buy a CONTRACT with Bell Canada to get a nice phone with lots of buttons... hehehe. AND is there anyway to access numbers (PIN's. and other numbers to dial) while I am connected, instead of having to punch them in everytime?

I assume this is simple, but this is the second cell I have ever owned, and am learning more every day!
