With your anti-virus application disabled the entire time, go to Windows
Update and install recent IE patches (at least). I'd imagine one of them
will be Q811630.
You probably have some scripts issues or non matching ..and this cases those errors..in internet explorer..if this fix will not help ..my advice is until you will get the automatic updates or until you will want to reinstall the operation system and get rid of the errors...try to install a second browser and use it in parallel until this issues will be fixed..
I went over several forums with the issue and they all say that it is a script thing ..and some are fixed with the latest patches from windows..some are not ...
another thing that you can do ..is to roll back the Internet Explorer from no 8 to previous supported installation ...& or even the original 6 ..this can be done only in case you have installed the 8 or 7 ..and its made by going to control panel..add remove program ..and choose IE from the list and click remove ...The last version will be removed and the computer set to the previous installation ..and it has all chances to get rid of the errors.. In the case this will not fix..and you will have to wait untill a new installing of the operation system will be made...than the thing to do is to install Mozilla Firefox..
here is the link for download and install ..it is faster ..more reliable..and less complicated..
http://www.mozila.eu/mozila-firefox-3-download.html
I never use the Internet Explorer cause it is hard to handle ..and not logical...I'm actually using Mozilla for 3 years now..and Im always in the right track with it ..

Carefully check the spelling of the page you are trying to access. One letter off will give you this error. If its correct ask the IT tech at the website you want to log into if they changed the name of the log-in page.

Does this only happen when you try to access a page from 'www.comcast.net' ?

Within Internet Explorer, click Tools.
Click Internet Options.
Under the "Browsing History" section, click Delete,
to remove any "temporary" files.
Then, try again to access COMCAST's web-site.

Can not get full access to internet

with the websites that you are encountering errors on, try accessing them when your computer is directly wired to the modem. If they then work, call Linksys to have them troubleshoot your problem further.

First let me explain. Each browser handles scripts (the stuff that make up web pages and stuff) differently. You have Notify Me of Script Errors turned "ON" on your computer, so you will be notified of every error or warning - even if it works fine.

FIX: To fix this, Go to your Control Panel (START > Control Panel) and, in Classic View (you can find that on the left panel), click Internet Options. In the tabs on the top, click "Advanced", and then find the category "Browsing". CHECK "Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer), and "Disable Script Debugging (Other)". UNCHECK "Display a notification about every script error".

Click OK, and then messenger should work fine. If it does it again, restart your computer, then it will work fine.
