Question about MSI Wind UmNotebook
Hi my web cam is not working it was working intialy bt one day while chatting got hanged to turn off my laptop i reoved battry since den its not working
The camera and the driver may be ok ..but just disabled..so first go to bios settings by pressing f2 on start-up ..In there choose to set the optimal factory defaults (look for a line that says what to press for it cause it is different on several Bios editions ) and use the F10 key to save changes and get out from bios..
after that the camera will be reactivated if it is a built in camera ...
let windows install it if it sees it again ...but if nothing seam to be happening related with the camera when you restart ...try to see if it works in a IM program or with the capture mode from the my computer folder...and if it is not working than you need to reinstall the driver ...If you have it on the drivers disk ..its fine ...run it again ..if not ..go to the MSI support site ..choose the model and the operating siste and download the driver for the camera ..this will put it back ..
