Question about Sanyo AVM-3659S 36" TV
Had the tv for 7 years and just know start the picture to get thin line and would you can not see the picture. This is a 36" TV. Could it be the picture tube? Should I get it fix or thow it out?
You have a thin horizontal line in the center of the TV. You, in this case have vertical IC that has bad grounds. Resolder the vertical IC pins and check the capacitors in the immediate area and replace these caps as necessary. If you still have a horizontal line, you will have to replace the vertical IC. Find a TV tech or someone with electronic experience to do this for you. Should be reasonable to fix. Thanks for asking and Good Luck!
