One or both of the water inlet solenoids is/are leaking. They are just inside the cabinet where the outside water lines connect. If you have a lot of sand coming in with your water, you might install a whole house filter to trap it. If sand is getting into the solenoid valve seats, that can cause the leaking condition. Hope this helps!

Lg outer drum leak

Basically you need to open the water tap with the washing machine off. If water still flows in, then your water inlet valve has to be replaced. If the level continues to rise and does not switch off, then either there is a leak in the pressure switch pipe or the pressure switch is defectiv(very rarely) or their is a blockage in the hole entering the brum onto which the thin pressure pipe connects.Either of these could be the problem.

Why is water leaking from the bottom of the the washing machine?could the drum be to full?

It could be a bad tub seal, hole in a hose, or even the drain pump.
I would need your model number to be able to tell you how to check these parts.

Washing machine fills with water when not in use.

Either your pressure in the main line bringing water to your machine is insufficient; or your intake water valve is defective; which you can replace easily.

Whirlpool duet washer leaking water into the drum when not used

water leakin in tho the drum is sign of a faulty water inlet valve, not shutting off water supply to machine, it continues to trickle in , in beween washes. you can turn off the water supply between washes see if this helps, and if it does then youll know its the water valve
