Question about Washing Machines
Washing machine problem. Water is slowly leaking into the drum even though it is switched off.
One or both of the water inlet solenoids is/are leaking. They are just inside the cabinet where the outside water lines connect. If you have a lot of sand coming in with your water, you might install a whole house filter to trap it. If sand is getting into the solenoid valve seats, that can cause the leaking condition.
