Question about Fisher and Paykel GWL11 Top Load Washer
Empty the machine of water, because any left in it will run out the drain port.. disconnect power...Lean machine back to access the pump, which is on the RHS under the bowl.....Turn the pump anti-clockwise (Like a light globe)....It will be prevented from turning by a small plastic latch which will have to be 'unlatched'...Once this is done the pump can be rotated and withdrawn from the pump port...Wires should be disconnected to allow enough rotation......Reverse procedure to replace...Pump resistance should be no less than 33 ohms if 230v, or 7 ohms if 120v......Good luck....Nomess
