Try replacing or checking the Starter Housing Assembly
Part Number: 308671009. Look into the Starter Housing Assembly and make sure the square hole has not been rounded out. Also check the spring that comes out of the Starter Housing Assembly. Go to http://www.ereplacementparts.com/ryobihm-ry2600026cc-power-head-parts-c-7931_7937_117450.html for pictures and parts locations

First, use the same oil and mix it the same from batch to batch, once you have made a batch (gallon or what ever, never add gas or oil to make more, use up the batch to the last drop, then make a new gallon). Be sure the air filter is clean, some are oil wet to catch more dirt, clean and spray it with a spray cooking oil. Next: Look for 3 adjustment screws on the carb. should be three total. 1 screw is for idle adjustment. the other 2 should be close to each other, one is low speed fuel/air mix and the other is high fuel/air mix. Adjust the low fuel/air mix screw until it will idle un-added with the throttle then adjust the idle on the throttle to get a good idle speed. Next adjust the High fuel/air mix until it gets the RPM's you want it to have. It should go from idle to high speed with out hesitation or cough. .

Why does my weed eater stall

It may stall for many reasons. Is the frass too tall, too thick or the stems are too solid? The whipper can cut most grasses but some are hard grasses that put considerable pressure on the machine that it locks the spinning string feed, therefore stopping it. Other reasons are due to the type of fuel (fixing inconsistencies, too much or too little oil in the fuel or the fuel has been left out for too long and is somewhat a little exhausted. You note this by hard starting. The engine could be labouring because it's not tuned properly. Try starting it and do a manual tune-up. See it stays running at idle and then do some accellerations before it is taken out to cut grasses.

My Weedeater riding lawn mower will not move in forward or reverse after it has started

Check your drive belt that it has not slipped off.. also check your drive lever on the right side (speeds, neutral, and reverse). The mower uses this lever to angle the motor against the belt to move it..

It is most likely the belt or the angle misaligned if the engine is turning...

I have weed eater/poulan 22" push lawn mower. It

Hi goldengear...

Make sure you have installed the blade on the right way, if it is installed upside down then it will "beat" the grass instead of cutting it and make a terrible cut, also make sure the blade is good and sharp.
The rough running may be due to trash in your carburetor, I would advise to clean your carburetor and also check you fuel tank for trash, water, etc. if there is any trash, water, etc in there then you need to also clean the fuel tank.
Do one more thing and check/clean/replace your fuel filter if you have one.

Does it make a big difference if i use a weed eater before applying round up?

Since Roundup works by being absorbed by the foliage and transported to the roots, I would think that cutting back the foliage would hinder this process, so you shouldn't use the weed eater before applying the Roundup.

Weed eater GTI 17 won't run on high speed

A couple of things may work...
Make sure you have the correct Oil / Fuel mixture, if it is incorrect the motor may have problems running.
Also take off the bottom where the cord is wound up, make sure there hasn't been any grass get wound up inside it, this will cause it to stall out on high RPM.
