Question about Linksys WUSB300N Wireless Adapter

2 Answers

Website failure I think the wireless adapter is my problem but dont know how to fix it but it may not be so here is what is happening. I have always been able to get on get my banking website on my desktop. My laptop also. My husbands desktop. All 3 computers. My husbands is the main computer. I have the wireless adapter on my desktop. Last week the bank website changed website address. Hubby is able to get on the site. My laptop also. My computer I cannot get on. I can once in awhile, but if I do get on I can only stay on for maybe a minute and then I lose my internet connection and than have to go to repair on the adapter and then log back on. But most of the time I can not get on the site. When I type in the address I get a white screen for a while and then I get a page saying website cannot be accessed due to and then they give you a couple reasons. One website is unavailable (which I know is not correct cause everyone of the other computers can get on), another is no internet connection. I have asked the computer people a work and they dont seem to know. Any ideas? Thank you.

Hi,

you don't need special dirvers for your kodak wireless adapter. Please go ahead assign to the wireless instructions in the manual. Look here. You only need the easyshare software to connect your printer via bluetooth to your pc. You can download it for free from the kodak website.

Please Help!!

You can try:

http://tinyurl.com/2hwst9

But I think that the problem is not with the driver itself, but possibly with the operating system and lingering instances of the device.. make sure you have uninstalled all previous versions of the device software AND the device itself in the Device Manager before reinstalling it..

Wireless Adapter not working under Vista

Some device may not have Vista drivers or the drivers are still beta and they dont work always perfectly. Check which kind of wireless adapter is present on your laptop from device manager on XP. Then try downloading Vista drivers for your wireless adapter form wireless card factory website, and install them on Vista.
