there are two ways in which you can solve your Sim card problem
1). from the starter pack of your Sim.
2). And consultation of your service provider

Please you locate were your Sim starter pack is ?
if your answer is YES then look at the back of the pack you will fine the correct pin number of your Sim and the PUK number ,then punch in the pin on your phone and the problem is solve

but if you can not fine the pack you will have to contact the service provider for helping hand with another phone or you take the Sim and the phone to their office with proper explanation and prove of ownership and the pin number will be giving to you .

Good luck and thanks for using fixya.

I do not have a metro cell phone. I want to pay my son's payment online. Please help

With a phone on a contract the payment is normally taken online by direct debit, but you can log in with his details and pay the bill using your credit card.

With a Pay As You Go account, it is done from the cellular company website. Usually the link says something like 'Top up Minutes'.

If this is a Correctional Facility, it is from the website of that facility.

Google is your friend in cases like this. All the information is online. I just don't have enough details from you. If you want further help, just click COMMENT below my post.
