You should vacume and clean the toner bottle holder.

I replaced the tone cartridge in my Savin 2400WD copier, but the light still indicates that I need to change the toner cartridge. What do I do?


I hate to say it but switching it off at the wall waiting a minute and then back on sometimes resets its little brain.
I trust the toner cartridge is all correct for this model.

If asking for black toner did you change rt toner pump should been one behind the black dev unit. Sometimes when you change it might have to open and close front door. A couple of times make sure you leave it open long enough that it think you change bottle

I change toner but alarm still on saying toner low


You may have to go into settings to clear the fault of low toner, depending on the year and make of printer. If that doesn't help then make sure that all packaging on the toner was removed and that it is the right cartridge

My gestetner DSM735 keeps saying add toner. replaced toner and developer still saying add toner


The first thing i can tell you is that is weird!!!!
Because if you change the developer that error should disappear. It could appear later but not in the moment because the developer already have toner and the TD sensor will read it.
And that's the question: When you said "replace developer" you mean just the developer or the DEVELOPER UNIT??? Is your TD sensor working good????

Dell 3100n keeps saying "Change Black Toner" even


Before installing a new toner, put a disposable towel over the ink toner exit, and shake your toner lightly back and forth and up and down. Make sure your toner cartridge is in the open position before replacing it in your printer.

If you are using a refillable ink cartridge, make sure you are resetting the cartridge using the method described by the refillable manufacturer.

Machine advising change ink cartridge which has been done but still saying no cartridge


remove the toner cartridge on the side wall inside the printer on the right there are 4 wires that stick out to make contact with the contacts on the side of the toner make sure that these are not bent and stand straight out. remove toner and reseat the toner to the drum unit and reinstall

Says to empty old toner. we have done that and


The copier is most likely saying to empty out the waste toner. It has been awhile, but I believe it is up front and to the inside right of the front door. It is a milky white container. You may have to open the paper trays to open the door that covers the bottle. I would empty it out very, very carfully and return it back to it's place and that should do it for you. There may be a reset code if the copier has a error code. Good Luck....

We have replaced the toner cartaridge but it is loose and the machine is still saying toner is low


If the old toner bottle is good change the toner into new bottle in the old bottle,and perform toner forced supply.

Keeps on coming up with install new toner


The toner detection sensor in the toner hopper is either fouled or defective. This is why that no matter what you've done thusfar, it's still saying it needs new toner. Not an easy repair. Recommend a certified Toshiba tech to do the work.
