Question about Samsung CLP 315 Laser Printer
Posted on May 30, 2010
Tonertrust.com is where I went. I had two issues; one being that I have two 315 printers one an unopened 315w, and the other, the 315 im using like no tomorrow. My next being that since the other one is a wireless unit I didnt want to disable it since it will be used on another purpose where the wireless is crucial.
I found out the cartridges for this shiny printer were all together $200 said forget this did my research and found them.
I bought one chip so far and its good. It came with a cd with instructions that I wish had some narration on there, but its still clear of understanding. one major tip is be very careful taking off the front or opening it up to a certain extent theres 2 linkages and one broke with me. another tip is that there is soldering involved that needs accuracy have a really small soldering iron with good heat. the chip is the size of a baby's fingernail you are soldering onto. I ran out to the 99 centstore by me and found a really good one. my 4th soldering iron XP Once installed plug it back inprint a sample page and unplug.
Hope this helps
