Question about HP LaserJet 1010 Printer
I have an HP laserjet 1010. i was printing something but the power cable got lose and the paper got jammed in between. i got the paper jam out but now my printer isn't printing anything. although when i press the buttons on the printer, it prints a test page! every time.
it isn't printing any of my other documents.
If you are getting correct test page without errors, simply unplug your printer's USB Connection from PC. uninstall Printer drivers and software. restart PC.. Re-Install New Copy of Drivers and Software.. THEN PLUG THE PRINTER USB CABLE TO PC.. try printing after proper driver is installed..
