Try removing the Simcard and re-inserting it again.
Try another Simcard on the same phone and see what happens.
Could be your Simcard's been blocked.

How do i unblock numbers on a samsung duos

Menu->Settings->CallSettings -> General / All Call (topmost option hopefully) ->AutoReject
its simple.. just go to the applications.... in the appliction settings look for call settings... and then look for ' all call' in there u have a option auto reject.. open that section and u will find a section to remove names from the reject list !
For all samsung phones

Have a samsung C3050. Message on phone now, PUK disabled. SIM blocked

This error message means that the PUK code has been blocked because of too many PUK code attempts, you will still be able to use the phone however you will to order a new sim card as once this is done there is no way to unlock it as it is a security feature.

I turned my samsung c3050 phone off and then turned it back on and it's asking for my phone lock password and i can't remember it.

Hi,
This normally means that the phone was stolen/lost and the person that lost the phone has blocked it. It sounds like the actual phone is blocked!

best for you to call the service provider as this may be a mistake by them blocking your hone by mistake

Hi you should be able to do this if you follow the instructions below

1. Press Menu
2. select settings
3. select application settings
4. select call
5. select all calls
6. select auto reject
7. highlight reject list and press the center square to view list
8 highlight the number you want to unblock by pressing the center square
9. press options
10. select delete and press ok.

hopefully that should have solved your problem but if you get stuck give me shout back and ill assist you further ok
