D2d recovery

i cannot run d2d recovery from aspire 5610 4648. I have tried to press alt+F10 during boot up screen, but it doesn't work. Also i couldn't find acer erecovery management in acer empowering management. Any idea how to run d2d recovery, or how to copy from its hidden partition?
i had my hard disk replaced. i tried installing e-recovery but the error message says this is not a d2d. how do i fix this problem.

Guruyou can not use erecovery and d2d if your don't have the hidden d21 partition on your harddisk. and since you have replaced your harddisk you don't have it anymore.
mail to compurepair and see if he can fix it..
