    LED
blinking 4 time means the TV has turn it off and is in protective mode to rule
out the possibility of blowing other parts and there is an issue with the power
supply board. Also please replace the blown caps you have noticed and also
    check the X and Y
    sustain buffer boards.
When either of these boards goes bad
common problems include negative image, no image, vertical or horizontal
stripes on picture, turns on and than turns off, and many more. If still the
issue is not resolved, then please check the power supply board. Please do
accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further
    assistance.

    Thanks

    Rylee
