Question about Dell (002TR) Motherboard
I have a dell inspiron 1501.its lcd display does not work,a white screen appears..after switching on and off4-5 times ,sometimes it works fine..later the problem repeats.when connected to external moniter it works fine.what is the problem? something relate to mother moard or cable??
You can try a few things to check if there is something
wrong with the hardware of the computer.
First, try to update the video driver and also the BIOS
which you can get from the support website of DELL.
If the same problem persist try to run the LCD test .
While the computer is off press d+power the test should run and if it is an LCD problem, the display will either be blank or distorted.
Or if you will be able to re seat the cable connector
of the LCD that can be a good thing to try.
Hope this helps!
