sure the unlock code goes as follows... *2767*6903557610011172#
after you do that it will seem to shutoff but leave it and it will then open up to working screen... you will have to enter this code each time you turn off the phone but it should work,,, if u have any questions... e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org

try resetting the phone, but everything will be deleted, try to remove the battery and the sim card, place the battery back in, enter *2767*3855#, if this would not work the phone needs service.
