it don't works but the main board is correctly powered. (led power on light)
When I try to use the pump to fill the heating element I can't, nothing happend. I check all sensor (switch) on the machine (switch of the door, switch to reveal presence of brew group and switch to reveal presence drawer coffee and drawer of water surplus (that is the same).
I checked also the two switch on the engine to the brew group and the switch to control the litle door to put the coffee into brew group.
At the end I supose will be a problem on the main board. Suggests

There are a couple of things that might be wrong.
There is a reset button on the thermostat on the back side pof the boiler.
There is a fuse on the power board of the Digital its on the left side of the board.
You have to remove the top to do either and that is fun on the Digital.

I just picked up my repaired Saeco expresso machine. The people that work here are very professional and spent a lot of time with me showing me how to properly clean my machine. It was about a 30 minute drive east from my house near the Galleria but it was WELL worth it. I say that as I sip on some homemade Latte - yummy!
Could be a number of reasons. If you "hear" the brew group moving in one direction, stop and then move again, then the microswitches are o.k. If the sound of the movement is low and/or slow ( slower that normal), the CPU/power board may be bad and needs to be replace. If the movement is as before (same sound and movement) but not lining up, perhaps the brew drive motor is bad. To remedy this situation, an authorized SAECO Service Center would have to open your machine and replace damaged components.
