Question about Altec Lansing VS4121 Speaker
Hi! recently my ALTEC LANCING VS4121 stopped working all of a sudden. Even the power LED on the right satellite is not glowing up. I think its the fuse or the power adapter/transformer inside the subwoofer case that has blown up. I can mend this on my own but can't get any clue how to open up the woofer casing. Its all sealed from evrywhere. Can't get the power circuit outside. Experts please help fixing it.
Thanks and Regards
On the back unscrew all the screws (there should be 8 in the plastic square around the jacks... and then undo the four that are in the wooden back) then pull out the plastic square, it will take a decent amount of force, try prying with a flat head screw driver. Once you have that out, you should be able to access what you need inside.
