Its doing that in order to reduce red-eye. You can change that by changing your Flash mode to ON and not red-eye reduction.

Camera won't print timestamp on pictures sony dsc-w55

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

How do i get rid of the shutter delay and multi flash while taking a picture with my sony dsc-w55

If you have your flash set to "red-eye flash", it will fire "pre-flashes" to prevent redeye in your subjects. You can turn off that feature and set it for normal flash. As far as shutter delay is concerned, all you need to do is press the shutter button half-way and allow the camera to lock in the focus (it will beep) and then you can re-compose the picture and press the rest of the way when the moment is right.

One flash is for the camera the set the exposure the second is to miminize red-eye the third is the actual flash. All digital cameras do it, you can only turn off the red-eye flash.
