Question about Linksys Wireless-G WRT54G Router
I have a Linksys router, I do not know my own wep key code to allow me to use my laptop or my Wii?
1. Step 1
Open your web browser, type " http://192.168.1.1/ " into the address bar and hit "Enter."
2. Step 2
Use "Admin" as the username in the pop-up box and leave the password blank.
3. Step 3
Connect to the Internet and click on "Internet Setup."
4. Step 4
Select your connection type from the drop-down menu. Choose "DHCP" for cable modems or "PPPoE" for most DSL modems. If you are unsure of these options, check with your ISP.
5. Step 5
Set a service set identifier (SSID) to identify the router and change the password.
6. Step 6
Encrypt your wireless connection using a Wireless Encryption Protocol (WEP) key. Under the "Wireless Security" option, enter a passphrase and click "Generate." This will generate a password which will need to be used by any client connecting to your router.

As you mentioned that it is not accepting http://192.168.1.1, so you may follow these steps:
1.Connect the computer with a Ethernet cable to the WAN/INTERNET port of the router with an Ethernet cable(Blue/Grey/Yellow color cable) and also connect you computer and turn on the router.
2.Go to Start>Run>and type cmd (to open command prompt)
3.Now type ipconfig/all and hit enter
4.Note down the Default Gateway" (will be a umber with it)
5.Now type that number in the Web browser and hit enter.
6.Now do not type anything in the Username box(leave it blank) and type admin as the default password and hit enter.
7.On the Setup page, click "Wireless" tab and fill the sections as mentioned:
Wireless Network Mode:Mixed
Wireless Network Name:As per your choice
Wireless SSID-Enabled and click Save Settings.
8.Now Click Wireless Security and fill the sections as mentioned
WEP Encrypion-64 bits 10hex digits
Key1-Enter 10 digit password(e.g-your 10 digit telephone number) and click Save Settings
Please note the WEP key, this will help you to connect your wireless devices. Turn of the router for 30 seconds and turn it on again. Now you can connect your wireless devices.
