Question about Canon SmartBase MP390 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi, i've undertaken the following procedures on my Smartbase 390 to try and get the black to print:
- replaced both black and colour cartridges
- made sure they are securely in place
- then purchased new and replaced printhead
But still the black doesn't print! Please help.
