I would like to get info of where i can get acess so as to intal my webcam on my packard bell lap top.

Why wot it let my packard bell easynote r4250 connect to a tv through a VGA ports
There is not enough info here. Many things could be wrong. Are you actually plugging the VGA cable into the VGA port on the tv or computer? Does your tv even have a VGA input? Is your tbs input switched to the tv? Please contact me with questions.

My lap need all drivers for win xp.my lap is packard bell easynote tj65.and this hav {msi nvidia geforce g210m cuda} graphic card.
You can search and download them freely at the site below. Packard Bell does not have a US/Canada support site, so you have to use the UK one.

Packard Bell EasyNote MH36 - LX.B190Y.038.does it has inbuilt webcam.
The MH36 does show an integrated webcam.

Packard Bell only seem to have a european site from what I can tell. If your wife can understand the language, check out the belgium site for W3903 by clicking here and see if you go through the troubleshooter, whether they would be prepared to repair it from a non-european shipping address. If they would not, it's not likely you'll find anyone who deals with it, as Packard Bell seems to be an exclusively european brand.
