Wrong power lead plugged into netbook

Actually, there are no fuses. If you use the wrong charger or power supply, with more voltage than it can handle, then you probably burn your Motherboard. To troubleshoot it, take out the battery, and press the power button for some 15 seconds, connect the battery back and try to turn it on. If it doesn't work, you might need another MB or laptop.

Try this simple steps, because actually the problem was getting your "numlock" function on.

First find the key from your keyboard that looks like a "lock" with a number sign inside it. You can probably find it between F1 to F12.

Hi I cannot register my netbook, says it is the wrong s/n. ?

S/N usually stands for serial number. Try re-entering any codes or other numbers and if that doesn't work, contact the manufacturer to figure out why the serial number won't work. I hope this helps!

Where do i locate the serial number? im trying to add micosoftperfect to my laptop, and everytime I punch in the number I think it is, it says the serial number is wrong!!

You do not use the serial number to your laptop. You need the serial number for the software. It should be on the disc it or the box the software came in.
