I guess you are talking about the memory card or stick ..and you probably can erase them by accessing the storage device ..from the menu ..than options ..and choose item and delete or use multiple delete or even format if it has the option ..This will erase them all and format the card after the printer needs..
another way is just remove the card ..put it in a computer's card reader and you will find it in My computer folder where you just open and delete them or right click on the removable device ..and click format to erase and format it again (choose Fat or Fat 32 for a wide compatibility )
If it has any internal memory ...it will probably be accesible on the storage feature in the main menu ..when the card is out..and also ..options after select the storage ..and erase..or delete or choose items inside one by one and delete them ..But the simple way is on a card reader in computer ..
