Question about Lexmark P315 InkJet Photo Printer
I have inserted a new black ink cartridge in my Dell 942 and have an error 1203. I have tried shutting the printer off for 30 seconds and then back on, have tried removing the cartridge shutting off 30 seconds and then back on, have cleaned contacts on cartridge and within printer with a Q-tip and no luck with that either. Any suggestions??
Error 1203 occurs either when a cartridge is bad
or the printer cartridge Slot is bad... I would suggest you to try
cleaning the copper contacts of the both carts and cart slot in the
printer and try again..
If that doesn't work just call up their support number and check for replacement..
